One of the greatest challenges of our time is our response to meeting the demand for energy, energy diversification, Energy storage and security, amidst climate change, urbanization and mobilization. Our team provides high-end market intelligence gathering, M&A opportunities, business development, operations and project procurement, for clients wishing to pursue Energy project opportunities in North America and the United Kingdom.
Global energy investment increased by estimate of 8% in 2022, reaching USD 2.4 trillion, with the anticipated rise coming mainly from clean energy, according to a new report by the International Energy Agency. (IEA)
In its 2021 report, the IEA estimated total energy demand would increase 21% by 2040. Global demand for natural gas is expected to increase 28% and global demand for oil will increase by 17% by 2050.
The fastest growth in energy investment is coming from the power sector – mainly in renewables and grids – and from energy efficiency, according to the IEA’s World Energy Investment 2022 report. The rise in clean energy spending is not evenly spread however, with most of it taking place in advanced economies and China. And in some markets, energy security concerns and high prices are prompting higher investment in fossil fuel supplies, most notably on coal. (Source: IEA)
Our clients are focused on developing new markets and clients, increasing market share and delivering large scale revenue in the Oil and gas, LNG, Solar, Wind, Wave, Storage, Biomass, Geothermal, Waste-to-energy, and Electric-hydropower markets.
We make this possible with our team of Market sector leaders, Senior technical leads and Project management professionals (PMPs) from within and across our partnership network. Collectively, the team has helped procure and deliver over $1BN in Construction, Engineering and Environmental projects, over the past two decades.
We partner with clients interested in growth, to plan and execute highly effective strategies to procure new Energy contracts and partners in across of the Energy sub-sectors in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Our team is comprised of seasoned business leaders with direct experience building multi-disciplinary technical teams to plan, position, procure and deliver complex and challenging Energy projects.
Our experience stems from planning, procuring and delivering some of the most complex and challenging energy projects on the planet, in partnership with award winning design engineering firms, environmental professionals and technologists. Our Energy partners and clients include: Investors and Entrepreneurs, Large and small utilities owner operators, Pipeline owner operators, EPC firms, Large global consulting engineering and environmental enterprises, Engineers and designers, Geotech’s, Hygrotech’s, GIS and Geo-spatial, Civil and Structural engineers, Environmental scientists, Air and noise abatement, Wildlife, Vegetation, Fish, Forestry, Hydrologists and Hydrogeologists – ground and surface engineering, Spill response planners, Biological countermeasures for spills on ice, (Arctic projects) Geomorphologists, Run-of-river engineers, Hydro-electrical engineers, Wind, wave and solar power system engineers, Geotechnical engineers, Technologists, and Government regulatory bodies.
Environmental regulations are necessary to help combat issues relating to the environment and the conservation of natural resources, including global warming, climate change, waste management, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, (GHGs) acid rain, heat-domes and atmospheric rivers and lakes, species-at-risk, deforestation, depletion of natural resources, and the pollution of water, air and soil.
Our team is familiar with the ever-increasing complexity and changing policies and regulations in environmental and political landscape. Such policies, along with emerging disruptive technologies across each discipline in Environmental sciences, are the main sources driving changes to the environmental permitting landscape, .
We have experience tracking the changes in regulatory landscape, developing new technologies to uncover and create new opportunities for our clients and their projects.
Our partners bring a level of sophistication and experience from procuring and delivering large complex Energy projects, to smaller medium enterprises looking to team and partner across the Energy sector.

We see the energy mix shifting towards Hydro-electric power, Hydrogen power, Synthetic fuels, Solar, Wave and Wind, representing between 30% and 40% of the global energy mix by 2035 and 55% by 2050. Power consumption is projected to increase three times by 2050, driven in part by the demand for electrification of residential, commercial and industrial systems, vehicles and living standards.
With over $500 million in International project sales, we believe we know a thing or two about growing a business.
